<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly usable underpants for care which has no difference with regular underpants on the external appearance, is worn without any uncomfortable feeling, and reduces the burden of a caregiver by facilitating putting on and taking off thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The underpants includes a crotch part 1, a cover part 2 continuously provided on one end side, a back body section 3 continuously provided on the other end side, and a right front body section 4a and a left body section 4b extending sideways from both sides of the back body section 3.
