A chef's knife is provided to adjust distances and angles among knife blades, thereby cutting various foods. A chef's knife includes knife blades(1). End parts of the knife blade are put into a mole and aluminum is melt and poured to the mold. A distance(4) of a blade surface(10) is adjusted according to a use area. An angle(5) of a surface of the chef's knife is adjusted so that foods are cut widely and long. |
