A law service system and a method thereof for appointing lawyer based on leading case information are provided to estimate a carrier of the lawyer in reference of the application of the wireless internet. A customer terminal(20) requests or receives a proper legal service by accessing a service provision unit(11). The service provision unit requests an evaluation score by attorney to a counsel evaluation unit(14). The counsel evaluation unit produces the evaluation score according to the precedent sort or counsel. A leading case information analysis unit(12) analyzes the precedent information.
