<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating wheel structure including a wheel support member easily attached/detached to/from an attached body while switching a wheel rotating state. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A one-handed cart includes a fixing member 2 which is secured to a lower end portion 1a of a leg rod 1 and has a pair of locking protrusion pieces 21 and 21, a restricting member 3 having a lever member 30 which is insertable between the pair of locking protrusion pieces 21 and 21, a support member 4 having a pair of left and right wheels 6 and 6 and a lock cover member 40 swingably and pivotally mounted to cover the lever member 30 and the pair of locking protrusion pieces 21 and 21 in a state wherein the lever member 30 is inserted between the pair of locking protrusion pieces 21 and 21, and a stopper member 5 for preventing the restricting member 3 and the support member 4 from coming off downward. In addition, the restricting member 3 and the support member 4 are vertically arranged to oppose each other for relatively rotating by 50-100° about an axis L<SB>0</SB>of the lower end portion 1a, and the restricting member 3, the support member 4, and the stopper member 5 are sequentially fit onto the lower end portion 1a.
