PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator system capable of upgrading safety in evacuation to be performed using an evacuation stair in a case of a fire.SOLUTION: An elevator system includes plural safety detection units that are disposed on respective floors of an evacuation stair of a building or on corridors on the respective floors of the building leading to the evacuation stair, and that detect safety in evacuation to be performed using the evacuation stair, plural notification units that are associated with the safety detection units, are disposed on the respective floors of the evacuation stair or on the corridors on the respective floors of the building leading to the evacuation stair, and notify information, and a control unit that operates a car of an elevator to allow the car to reach an evacuation floor in a case of a fire, designates floors, on which safety is not ensured, as rescue floors on the basis of results of detection by the plurality of safety detection units, allows the notification unit, which is disposed at an unsafe position, to notify information which prompts evacuation to be performed using the car, and operates and evacuates the car among the rescue floors and evacuation floor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
