PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery cell using an oxygen concentration measurement seal for uniformly forming a fluorescent coating layer on a measurement object area.SOLUTION: An oxygen concentration measurement seal 60 stuck to a separator plate of a fuel battery cell including a membrane electrode assembly and the separator plate having a light transmission part, comprises: a fluorescent coating layer 61 having oxygen quenching characteristics; a light transmissive layer 62 composed of a light transmissive material; and an adhesive layer 63. The oxygen concentration measurement seal is stuck to a measurement object area by the adhesive layer 63, detects fluorescent light from the fluorescent coating layer 61 by an event that exciting light is applied to the fluorescent coating layer 61, and detects the oxygen concentration of the measurement object area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
