FIELD: veterinary science.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary science and is intended for producing hyperimmune serum against cattle parainfluenza-3. Studs are immunised by vaccine "Paravak" every 7 days. Vaccine is administered intranasally, 1 time 2 ml into each nostril, then subcutaneously - 3 times - 5; 6; 7 ml and intravenously - 2 times - 10; 15 ml. Through 2 weeks after last administration of vaccine, blood serum is obtained from blood and preserved with phenol, which is added to final concentration of 0.5 %. Maintained at a temperature 4±2 °C for 30-40 days and subjected to sterilising filtration.EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a preparation with high content of specific antibodies against disease, having high therapeutic effect during its use in practical conditions.1 cl, 3 tbl, 1 ex |
