FIELD: cryogenics.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cryogenics. Natural gas liquefaction method involves cleaning non-expanding gas from impurities, division into three streams, first and second of which are supplied for liquefaction via system of recuperative heat exchangers. Ratio of weight of gas flow rates, which is supplied for liquefaction to total gas flow supplied to vortex tubes is equal to 0.1-0.2. Then flows are restricted and formed condensate is collected in accumulation vessel. Third flow is passed through heat exchanger. Flow is then divided into two equal flows, fed into a vortex tube with an additional flow, where it is divided into heated and cooled with ratio of mass flow rates of cooled gas at outlet of pipe and common gas supplied to it is equal to 1.2. Cooled gas from vortex tube is passed along path of system of recuperative heat exchangers, partially cooling non-expanding gas flow supplied for liquefaction. Then gas is discharged to consumer, reduced gas heated gas from vortex tube with an additional flow is throttled, cooling heat exchanger and together with ejected through ejector masses gas is supplied as additional flow in vortex tube with an additional flow.EFFECT: invention increases output portion of condensate.3 cl, 1 dwg |
