A photonic crystal memory-type all-optical OR/AND logic gate comprising a photonic crystal structure. The photonic crystal structure consists of two input terminals (1 and 2), one output terminal (4), and one idle terminal (3). The first input terminal (1) and the second input terminal (2) of the photonic crystal structure respectively are connected to signal A and signal B. The logic gate has a high contrast between high and low logic outputs, fast computing speed, and great anti-interference capability and can be easily integrated with other logic elements. |
