The embodiments of the present invention provide a voice call method, device and a voice call apparatus. The method comprises: receiving a call request from a calling terminal to a called terminal; determining the type of the voice call of the called terminal according to the call request; calling the called terminal using the type of the voice call of the called terminal; after calling the called terminal successfully, establishing a voice call channel between the calling terminal and a server, the server and the called terminal, wherein the type of the voice call channel between the server and the called terminal corresponds to the type of the voice call of the called terminal; wherein, the type of the voice call comprises an ordinary voice call and an IP voice call. The present invention can improve the reasonability for selecting a call type of a voice call, and can improve the user experience. |
