The present invention relates to a carbon composite for a fuel cell separating plate and a producing method thereof and, more specifically, to a carbon composite for a fuel cell separating plate having excellent electrical conductivity and mechanical strength, and to a producing method thereof. According to the present invention, a fuel cell separating plate having excellent physical properties can be produced while improving electrical conductivity and mechanical strength by controlling a kind of binders and heat treatment temperature, so the efficiency of an electrolyte fuel cell comprising the same can be improved.
