The present invention relates to an apparatus for heating food, cooking by varying a heating method of food according to a type of the food. The apparatus for heating food includes: a hot water container storing filtered water supplied through a filtered water supply line; a hot water heater installed in the hot water container and rising temperature of the stored filtered water to hot water; a hot water supply line connected to the hot water container to discharge the hot water; a steam supply line vaporizing the hot water stored in the hot water container through a steam heater and discharging the same in a steam state; and a remnant water discharge line connected to the steam supply line and discharging the remnant water condensed in the steam supply line to a waste water container. |
