The present invention relates to a method to prepare a poultry stew using a caldron lid, and to a poultry stew prepared thereof using the caldron lid. To achieve this, the method comprises: a step of placing cleanly trimmed poultry on the caldron lid; a step of adding garnishing ingredients and the main ingredients therein; and a step of cooking the same using oak firewood. According to the present invention, it is possible to increase a preference in taste due to the enriched flavor and nutrition added to the conventional poultry stew. |
