The present invention provides a ship control system including: a sea route generation unit which generates recommended sea route information; a communications unit which transmits the generated recommended sea route information to a ship or receives planned sea route information from the ship and collects real time navigation information of the ship; and a determination unit which determines whether the ship goes off the sea route by comparing at least one sea route information from the recommended sea route information, generated by the recommended sea route information generation unit, and the planned sea route information, received by the communications unit, with the real time navigation information collected by the communications unit. |
