The present invention relates to a plastically-treated and eco-friendly porous tile for building finishing using water treatment sludge powder. More specifically, the present invention relates to the eco-friendly porous tile for building finishing which satisfies environmental and hygienic functionality and physical performance required as a building finishing material and has construct ability and economic feasibility equal to or greater than a prior product, by having excellent moisture absorption/desorption, adsorption rate, antifungal resistance, compressive strength and fracture strength since the porous tile is manufactured using the porous powder made by plastic treatment of water treatment sludge generated during a water purification process.
