PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration capable of more efficiently utilizing power generated by a photovoltaic power generation device in a power system configured to utilize power obtained by the photovoltaic power generation device.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation conversion section converts power generated by a photovoltaic power generation device and outputs converted power. A power conversion control section controls the photovoltaic power generation conversion section to operate the photovoltaic power generation device under maximum power point follow-up control. While a specific operation point is searched during the maximum power point follow-up control, the power conversion control section allows the photovoltaic power generation conversion section to continue operating even in the case where generated power becomes less than a threshold value, while the specific operation point is not searched, on the other hand, the power conversion control section causes the photovoltaic power generation conversion section to stop operating when generated power becomes less than the threshold value. |
