a first module comprising a first electrode plate and a second electrode plate, wherein the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate are fixed with a first fixing component, and a first insulating layer is disposed between the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate; a first supporting structure for holding a third electrode plate; a second supporting structure for holding a fourth electrode plate, a first water storage layer; and a second water storage layer, wherein the first water storage layer is disposed between the third electrode plate and the second electrode plate and the second water storage layer is disposed between the first electrode plate and the fourth electrode plate.
