PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinhole inspection device which improves inspection accuracy while reducing a work load.SOLUTION: A pinhole inspecting device of a container C which includes a light source and a photodetector, further includes: transportation means 40 which conveys the container C along an X direction; a holding frame which is placed apart from the transportation means 40 in a Z direction, and supports the photodetector; an XZ table 60 which is provided reciprocally movably along the X direction and the Z direction to the holding frame, and in which a through-hole 65 is formed; and a peripheral wall member which forms a dark field between the XZ table 60 and the photodetector.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
