Disclosed are a cooling water pipe connecting part and a method of connecting a cooling water pipe using the same. According to the cooling water pipe connecting part and the method of connecting a cooling water pipe using the same according to the present invention, a sealing property is secured under the pressure of a high pressure cooling water pipe so that the internal pressure of the cooling water pipe can be managed. Even through a length control is required with regard to the cooling water pipe installed in a power conduit pipe cooling system, the cooling water pipe can be installed without the limit of length. A power loss can be prevented by efficiently restraining a temperature increase in a power conduit pipe.
