PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal health care support system, device, method, and program for efficiently connecting an employee or the like who may have a mental health disorder to an interview.SOLUTION: The mental health care support system includes: working condition information storage means 11 for storing the working condition information of an employee or the like; specific condition storage means 12 for storing a condition related to the selection of an interview candidate to be specified by using the information items of the working condition information, that is, a specific condition as a condition to be specified on the basis of the subjectivity of a human being satisfying a predetermined condition; first extraction means 13 for extracting employees or the like showing the sign of leave of absence on the basis of the attendance information of persons who have taken leave of absence and the attendance information of employees or the like as a target of management; second extraction means 14 for extracting an employee or the like matching the specific condition from among the employees or the like as the target of management; and primary candidate list generation means 15 for collecting the employees or the like extracted by the first extraction means 13 and the employees or the like extracted by the second extraction means 14 to generate and output the primary candidate list of an interview.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
