According to the present invention, a risk assessment is performed after a ticket purchase has been processed, and if the risk level is low, a white list is generated and sent to a station server. When exiting a ticket gate, if the pertinent record is in a black list, authentication fails and the gate closes. If the pertinent record is in the white list, a fare is calculated by a station server, and so long as the ticket fee is not insufficient, authentication is successful and the gate opens. If the pertinent record is not in the white list, a risk assessment is performed, and if the risk level is high, an authentication request is made to each authentication server.
