The present invention relates to a safety device mounted on a fire extinguisher and a safety service providing method using the same. The safety device mounted on a fire extinguisher can comprise: a detection unit for generating first alarm generation information when the use of the fire extinguisher is detected; and a device communication unit for receiving second alarm generation information from a first external safety device different from the safety device, and for transmitting the first alarm generation information or the second alarm generation information to at least one of a server, a user terminal, and a second external safety device different from the safety device.
