The present invention relates to an inorganic nonflammable clear coating composition having enhanced water resistant and fouling resistant properties and a method for manufacturing the same. The composition comprises: 100 parts by weight of modification-applied silicate salts; 100 to 300 parts by weight of an alkoxysilane compound; 0.1 to 1 parts by weight of a phenyl silane compound; 10 to 400 parts by weight of water; 100 parts by weight of silica; and 100 to 300 parts by weight of a water-soluble alkoxysilane compound. A film formed by the inorganic nonflammable clear coating composition of the present invention has excellent water resistance, stain resistance, crack resistance, scratch resistance, self-cleaning properties, durability, flame retardant properties, air permeability, anti-static properties, corrosion resistance, and solvent resistance as well as durability and adhesion properties enhanced by the increase in tightness by the same inorganic material. Thus, the inorganic nonflammable clear coating composition of the present invention is capable of being used as an antifouling agent to prevent the contamination of tiles, artificial marble, metal, steel, plastic, wood, and concrete, as an anti-corrosion agent to prevent the corrosion of metal and the like and to enhance durability of the same, and as a surface protection agent to prevent surfaces or coatings by being coated on the coated surfaces. |
