PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism capable of determining a right of transfer out of a plurality of rights and easily executing takeover of the right.SOLUTION: The information processing system includes a plurality of information processing devices, contents, and a server device that stores information of one or multiple rights out of a plurality of rights related to operation of the contents, in association with user information. The information processing system determines whether or not a user performs a first prescribed operation using information for specifying the operation of the user on a real space, or determines whether or not a user performs a second prescribed operation, and executes transfer processing of storing the information of the right associated with the user information of the user determined to have performed the first prescribed operation, in association with the user information of the user determined to have performed the second prescribed operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
