PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure sufficient communication distance in a direction where information is visually recognized in an information display medium with non-contact communication function.SOLUTION: An IC chip 40 connected with an antenna element unit 20 is connected via a conductive unit 22 and a conductive member 23 to a transparent electrode 32b which is made ground potential when a display unit 30 displays information; thereby the transparent electrode 32b and the antenna element unit 20 form a monopole antenna.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
