PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pairing control device capable of performing control so that work schedules of instructors become equally arranged by giving an order of priority to each pairing of an instructor and a trainee.SOLUTION: Pairing is performed for instructors and trainees for each time period determined at a driving school on the basis of a preset paring order (order of priority). When the result of a pairing is not correct, paring is performed again. By repeating this processing, pairing of an instructor with a trainee is performed for every time period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
