PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device that automatically determines on which wavelength the imaging device should focus even when shooting a scene having both of visible light and infrared light included, and allows the imaging device to focus on a desired wavelength.SOLUTION: An imaging device includes: a lens group 101; a lens drive unit 102 that moves the lens group 101 in an optical axis detection; an image sensor 103 that has sensitivity to a first wavelength band and second wavelength band; a first detection unit 105 that outputs a first detection value serving as an integration value of an amount of edge in the first wavelength band from an output signal of the image sensor 103; a second detection unit 106 that outputs a second detection value serving as the integration value of the amount of edge in the second wavelength band from the output signal of the image sensor; a detection value synthesis unit 107 that synthesizes the first detection value with the second detection value at a prescribed synthesis ratio to output an autofocus detection value; and an autofocus control unit 108 that controls the lens drive unit 102 in accordance with the autofocus detection value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
