PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a carbonic acid-containing food product capable of providing a carbonic acid-containing food product such as a carbonated drink without using a pressure resistant container, a contained food product, and a straw.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a carbonic acid-containing food product where a liquid or fluidity food sealed in a thin container composed of any of paper, resin, metal foil and a laminated material of one or more thereof, and containing organic acid or carbonate or hydrogen carbonate is incorporated with at least carbonate or hydrogen carbonate in the case the food includes organic acid and with at least organic acid in the case the food includes carbonate or hydrogen carbonate, and a water soluble solid or solution shaped carbonic acid generation agent generating carbon dioxide by being mixed with a food is added to the food in a state where the sealability of the container is released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
