PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition and a method for treating an Her2/neu antigen-expressing tumor, vaccinating against the tumor, and inducing immune response to dominant epitope of the antigen and several sub-dominant epitopes.SOLUTION: An immunogenic composition containing fusion polypeptide contains an Her2/neu chimeric antigen in which the fusion polypeptide is fused into further polypeptide, and administration of the fusion protein to a subject having the Her2/neu expressing tumor prevents escape mutation in the tumor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
