PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relief printing original plate for laser engraving capable of simply removing resin residue during laser engraving without shaving a net point surface by water washing with brush cleaning or the like and manufacturing a printing plate excellent in long term printability.SOLUTION: There is provided a relief printing original plate for laser engraving used for forming a printing plate by curing a photosensitive resin composition layer with ultraviolet irradiation and then forming images by a laser beam irradiation, where the photosensitive resin composition contains at least one basic tertiary nitrogen atom-containing polymer selected from a group consisting of polyether urea urethane, polyether amide, and polyamide, a photopolymerizable unsaturated compound, a photoinitiator, and a heat acid generator, and at least a part of the basic tertiary nitrogen atom in the basic tertiary nitrogen atom-containing polymer is quaternized by a quaternization agent and the heat acid generator is contained at 0.1 to 20 wt.% in the photosensitive resin composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
