A reminder method and device for prolonged sitting. The method comprises: acquiring, in a real-time or periodical manner, a current pressure value obtained by a preset intelligent shoe (S10); and performing a reminder operation of prolonged sitting if the acquired current pressure value continues to be within a preset pressure value interval for a time duration greater than or equal to a preset time duration (S20). Via the method and device, a reminder operation of prolonged sitting is not performed and the sitting time duration of the user is not counted if the current pressure value is not within the preset interval, so as to dynamically adjust the counting of the sitting time duration of the user according to a dynamic change of the user state, thus preventing the sitting time duration of the user from being counted when the user is standing, and improving the accuracy of the reminder of prolonged sitting. |
