The present invention relates to a device for automatic continuous separation of cutting chips and cutting oil. The disclosed invention is characterized by comprising: a frame having a space formed therein at a predetermined depth with the upper surface thereof being open, one side surface thereof being partially open; a cutting oil collecting box, which is positioned in the inner space of the frame, which has a space formed therein at a predetermined depth with the upper surface thereof being open, and which has driving rotatable shafts installed horizontally on both facing side surfaces, respectively, one of the driving rotatable shafts penetrating a side surface of the frame and connecting to an actuator, and an outlet being formed on the bottom surface of the inner space of the cutting oil collecting box; a rotatable drum, which is positioned in the inner space of the cutting oil collecting box, and which has multiple through-holes formed on the surface thereof with the upper surface thereof being open, the rotatable drum being connected to a driving member, which is installed on one side of the cutting oil collecting box, and installed to be able to rotate at a high rate; a cutting chip recovery box configured to move into the frame through an open part of one side surface of the frame so as to recover cutting chips, from which cutting oil has been removed, vertically below the cutting oil collecting box; and a cutting oil recovery box installed on one side of the inner space of the frame so as to recover cutting oil, which is discharged through the outlet of the cutting oil collecting box. |
