PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antimicrobial agents having high antibacterial activity and reduced side effects.SOLUTION: A medicine is a combination of: (A) a compound that is 2-[{4-[4-(1-aminocyclopropyl) buta-1,3-diyne-1-yl] benzoyl} (methyl) amino]-N-hydroxy-N',2-dimethylpropanediamide represented by formula [1], or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate, or solvate thereof; and (B) one or more antimicrobial agents selected from the group consisting of carbapenem antimicrobial agent, cephalosporin antimicrobial agent, penicillin antimicrobial agent, quinolone antimicrobial, aminoglycoside antimicrobial agent, macrolide antimicrobial agent, tetracycline antimicrobial agent, glycopeptide antimicrobial agent, fosfomycin, colistin, daptomycin, linezolid, and rifampicin.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
