摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means capable of easily determining transplant success rate of a bovine fertilized egg on a gene level.SOLUTION: A method for determining a transplant success rate of a fertilized egg of a female bovine includes detecting the presence of mutation in a CYP19A1 gene region regarding a nucleic acid sample isolated from the female bovine. The presence of a mutant allele in the CYP19A1 gene is an index of a low success rate in the case where a fertilized egg is transplanted into the female bovine. The CYP19A1 gene is a gene that codes estrogen synthetase, and mutation in the CYP19A1 gene region can be mutation that causes reduction in an estrogen secretion amount or an estrogen amount in blood for example.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
