Panel made from domestic refuse - is of dried moulded material with addition of two-ingredient foam binder

Panel material is produced by drying and moulding unsorted domestic refuse, to which there is added BMV10 foam binder material (RTM) in two ingredients. It need not be compressed, and the decorative pattern can be formed by the mould. Paper or veneer can be applied to one or both sides, and the product can be used as a floor or ceiling tile, for decoration etc. Various sizes of panels of various thickness can be produced. The entire process may be carried out at ambient temperature of between 12 and 30 deg. c.
