The adjustable swivel-coupling is for the connection of a thrust-member to the traverse of a redressing frame. The frame may be utilised in the redressing of damaged vehicle bodies and the coupling locks in any angular relationship permit variation in the angle of the applied force. In addn the coupling can be mounted at alternative points along the length of the traverse. The coupling comprises two pins (b.c) which project from the top plate (3) of the swivel bearing (1-3) to engage the alternative interteeth grooves of a rack. The rack is built onto the traverse and a bolted cover-plate with pinholes secures the assembly. The traverse locates movable clamps which obtain a purchase on the automobile body shell. The clamps may be of a two way type gripping vertical or horizontal under-body flanges.
