摘要 To provide a forging apparatus for rheo-forming and a method for controlling the same, wherein molten metal is supplied in a sealed space that is not exposed to the outside, use of expendable supplies according to transfer of molten metal is excluded, and accurately weighed molten metal is directly injected mechanically without manual operation by low pressure system. The forging apparatus for rheo-forming comprises: a molten metal supply part for supporting a lower part of a blast furnace by a supporting link and supplying molten metal produced in the blast furnace through a riser tube with a filter mesh from an injection pipe; a main body on an upper part of which a hydraulic valve and a hydraulic pump are formed, which supports a main cylinder by a lower plate, and in the center of which guide rails are formed; a lower mold part comprising a lower mold(131) fixed to a fixed plate(132) on both ends of which a connection hole is formed, a pressing member(135) connected to the lower mold at the center of the fixed plate such that the pressing member is interlocked with a lower lockout cylinder(137), a lower plate(134) on which the fixed plate is placed, and through the center of which the lower lockout cylinder passes, and side holders(138) projectingly formed in a tapered shape on an upper part of the lower plate such that the fixed plate is transferred up and down; a side mold part comprising a lower connection hinge(143) rotatably connected to a connection hole(133) formed on an upper part of the fixed plate, an upper connection hinge(142), and a side mold(141) connected to an upper part of the lower mold such that the side mold is rotated to the outer side; a side lever(150) one side of which is connected to the upper connection hinge, and the other side of which is fixed to an outer upper part of the lower mold part; an upper mold part comprising an upper lockout cylinder(164) which is formed at a lower central part of the lower plate, and of which rod(165) is connected to a pressing rod(167), and an upper mold(161) for forming an upper part of a product which is fixed by a fixed plate(168); an extraction part comprising an extraction shaft(171) projectingly formed on a lower part of the pressing rod, and an extraction member(172) formed at the upper outer circumferential side of the upper mold such that the extraction member is interlocked with a lower lockout cylinder; and a transfer part on a lower part of which transfer wheels slidingly transferred on the guide rails are formed, and in which a transfer plate is formed on an upper part of the transfer wheels such that a product(1) is placed on the transfer plate.
