PURPOSE:To offer a unique taste being different from boil-cooking and steam- cooking at the time of cooking grain by constituting the device so that water is put into the extent that grain in an auxiliary container sinks under the water and a container to be heated is heated, and heating is stopped at the time point that water is evaporated completely. CONSTITUTION:As cooking advances, part of water is absorbed into grain K, and also, part of others is evaporated and a water level in a container 2 to be heated falls. In such a state, part of the grain K is positioned in boiling water. Also, since the container 2 to be heated is covered with a cover body 21, the inside of the container 2 to be heated is filled with vapor. Accordingly, in such a state, cooking advances in a state that boil-cooking and steam-cooking are used jointly. At the time that steam-cooking further advances, and water in the container 2 to be heated is evaporated completely, heating is stopped. In such a way, in the course of boil-cooking, simultaneously use of boil-cooking and steam-cooking steam cooking, cooking of the grain K advances, therefore, it is finished to a unique taste. |
