<p>PURPOSE:To form a uniform UV curing resin layer over the entire surface of tees for golf by executing UV irradiation while moldings are held in vertically opposite directions and transferred by a 1st transfer device and a 2nd transfer device. CONSTITUTION:The resin is imparted to the clay molding 60 having a stem part 60a and an imposing part 60b by a UV curing resin supplying tank 48a. This molding with its imposing part faced upward is transferred by the 1st transfer device 14. The resin on the molding surface is cured in a UV irradiation section 40 en route thereof. A thermosetting resin is again imparted to the molding surface by a resin supply tank 48b and the molding with its stem part faced upward is transferred by the 2nd transfer device 16. The resin on the molding surface is cured in the UV irradiation section en route thereof. The uniform resin layer is thus formed on the surface, by which the strength is increased. The molding assimilates fortunately to the soil of a golf course if the resin to be embrittled by water is employed.</p> |
