PURPOSE: To ensure a good support so as to minimize deformation of trim piece caused by shearing force by adding a core support to a wound body pusher. CONSTITUTION: This device is made to advance along a passage across which a saw device can move so as to laterally cut a spirally wound body around a core C and a roll having a market size. In moving the device, the wound body is made to advance in the horizontal passage after an upstream end of each wound body is supported and a support member 23 is inserted into the core C for the wound body. Then, a trim annular body A is made to advance in a circular style after the wound body is removed from the support member 23 at the completion of final cutting of the wound body so as to provide the annular body A.
