Described is a ski with an insert (5, 9) mounted on the ski in front of the front binding (6) and/or behind the rear binding, the top of the insert being inclined at an angle to the binding. The insert (5, 9) is joined to its associated binding element (6, 8) in such a way that the insert (5, 9) together with the binding element (6, 8) can be adjusted by displacing them along the axis of the ski in or along guideways (4; 10) integral with the ski. |
