PURPOSE:To provide a manufacture of, especially, the nonmagnetic substrate for magnetic head basically composed of CoO and NiO or NiO, concerning the manufacture of the nonmagnetic substrate for the magnetic head for depositing a metallic magnetic film. CONSTITUTION:The manufacture of a nonmagnetic substrate for magnetic head in which the changeover of the atmosphere in sintering is performed at a temperature of 800 deg.C to 850 deg.C, in the manufacturing process of the nonmagnetic substrate for magnetic head basically composed of CoO and NiO or NiO. |
