PURPOSE:To get rid of changing in compounding ratio of an additive caused by sticking of the additive on the circular arc face of the projected part of a drop door by peeling partially a kneaded substance which tends to wind itself round on a rotor by means of a plurality of projections on the circular arc face of the projected part of the drop door. CONSTITUTION:The projected part of a drop door 1 is constituted of a circular arc face 1a along the traces of rotors 4 and 5 of both sides, a gentle slope 1b in the neighborhood of the top forming a projected space for a thermocouple 6 and a plurality of projections 2 provided on the circular arc face 1a. Even if a kneaded substance wherein various additives are kneaded tends to wind itself round on the rotors 4 and 5 in an kneader 3, it is possible thereby to peel it off and flow of the kneaded substance is changed on the circular arc face 1a. Therefore, even if the additives stick on the circular arc face 1a of the projected part of the drop door 1, they can be scraped down by changing in flow of the kneaded substance. |
