PURPOSE:To produce a sandwich molded body of a fiber-reinforced resin with a high strength in a simple manner. CONSTITUTION:A first resin 1 containing a long-fiber material 1a is injected into a cavity 2. Next, before the first resin l is cured, a second resin 3 containing a short-fiber material 3a is injected into the cavity 2. In this molding method, the first resin 1a forms a skin layer, and the second resin 3 forms a core layer. In this manner, a fiber-reinforced sandwich injection molded object can be produced by combining superior strength characteristics of a long fiber- reinforced injection molded object and a short fiber-reinforced injection molded object. |
