TAPE FEEDER FOR COMPONENT MOUNTING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To provide a tape feeder for a component mounting machine mounting components contained on a tape onto a printed board in which take out operation of the component contained on the tape is stabilized. CONSTITUTION:Elliptical feed clicks 8 are arranged integrally on the outer periphery of a feed wheel 3. Since a feed perforation 5 on a tape 2 comes into contact with the outer peripheral arched face of the feed click 8, feed perforation 5 in the tape 2 does not deform and thereby positional accuracy of the tape 2 is improved resulting in stabilized take out operation of component.
