This equipment contains a grinding spindle (12) set in the second carrying frame (10), so that to enable rotation, which is set in the first carrying frame (5), so that to enable rotation and this frame is set on the vertical shaft (1), in the vertical position, so that to enable rotation. The grinding spindle (12) is created based on the hollow driving shaft (121), in which the hollow driven shaft (122), enabling axial setting, is implemented and it is used for fixing of the swivelling clutch (13) together with the abrasive disk (14).
