Disinfection appts. comprises a water-filled reservoir (1) contg. a cartridge (4) of pressurised gas connected to a flask (6) of an additive. The reservoir is linked to an outer spray lance (14) and is equipped with a release mechanism (3) to achieve instant mixing of the ingredients inside the tank before being ejected.
