PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a pressure plate and a clutch cover to each other without lowering the strength of the clutch cover. SOLUTION: A clutch cover assembly 8 is equipped with a clutch cover 31, a pressure plate 32, a diaphragm spring 33 and a connecting plate 34. The outer circumferential of the clutch cover 31 is fixed to a flywheel 7. The pressure plate 32 is arranged between the clutch cover 31 and the flywheel 7. The diaphragm spring 33 is supported by the clutch cover 31 so as to energize the pressure plate 32 on a flywheel 7 side. The connecting plate 34 connects to disable the inner circumferential of the clutch cover 31 and the inner circumferential of the pressure plate 32 to each other from relatively rotating.
