The two handle-halves (2) pivot on a joint (6) and have extension pieces in the form of punchers (4,5). One of the punchers (4) has a cavity (9) with cutting edges (12) on its both sides. When the two cutting halves are operated, corresponding cutting edges (13) of the second puncher (5), dip into the cavity. At least one of the punchers crosswise to the direction of movement, has tool surfaces next to the cutting edge in the form of rounded workpiece rest (16). The centre of the rounded part lies on the plane of symmetry (10) of the punchers.
