摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the sure precluding of the condensation or freezing of heat supplying medium by a method wherein low-temperature liquid medium is evaporated in a supply flowing unit while being superheated to a given degree and, subsequently, is circulated through the supply flowing unit and, thereafter, is circulated along a surface unit to employ the surface unit as an intermediate layer for heat transmission unit. SOLUTION: An evaporator is constituted of pipes 2, 3, 4, which are fitted to each other, while the walls of ducts 5, 6, turning around the outer surfaces of inside tubes 3, 4 spirally, are connected to the inner surfaces of the pipes positioned above the ducts 5, 6. The outside pipe 2 is connected to the inside pipe 4 so as to be air-tight at the ends thereof through end walls 7, 8 while the central pipe 3 is also connected to the end wall 7 so as to be air-tight. An inlet port 10 is communicated with the duct 5 and the outlet port 11 is communicated with the duct 6 for extracting gas state medium. When medium to be evaporated is introduced into the duct 5 through the inlet port 10, the medium is passed through the duct 5 and is arrived into the duct 6 through a gap (s), then, is passed through the duct 6 into reverse direction and is arrived at the outlet port 11.
